FAQ

Good to know

Can't find your answer? Ask us on WhatsApp.

What is included in the transportation price?

Our transport prices are for the whole private vehicle with your driver — not per person. Your written quote lists exactly what is covered for your trip, such as fuel, highway tolls, parking and your driver's accommodation, so there are no surprises.

Can we customise our itinerary?

Yes. Every tour is private, so you can change the route, add rest days or swap destinations. Tell us what you enjoy and we'll suggest a plan, and you can still make changes during the trip.

Do you provide airport pickup?

Yes. We can meet you at Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) and drive you to your first hotel anywhere in Sri Lanka. Send us your flight number and arrival time when you enquire.

Can we book a private driver?

Yes — that's what we do. You get your own vehicle and driver for a single day, a transfer or a multi-day tour. Your driver is a private chauffeur, not a government-licensed tourist guide; licensed guides can be hired at the main sites.

Are accommodation and entrance tickets included?

No. Hotels, entrance tickets, safari jeeps, boat trips and train tickets are paid separately. We're happy to suggest places to stay and help you plan visits that suit your budget.

How do we confirm a booking?

Send us your dates and plans on WhatsApp or through the enquiry form. We reply with a suggested route and quote. When you're happy, we confirm the details with you in writing.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment options and any deposit are explained with your quote. Please ask us on WhatsApp which methods are available for your booking.

Can we rent scooters in Galle?

Yes. We rent scooters, motorbikes and cars in Galle. Message us with your dates to check availability and rates. You'll need a valid driving licence — we'll explain the documents needed when you enquire.

When is the best time to visit Sri Lanka?

Sri Lanka has two monsoons, so there's usually good weather somewhere. December to April is generally best for the south and west coasts and the hill country; May to September suits the east coast.
